Geckos Lower Lip Has Drooped Down And It Also Appears As If
Its Teeth And Gums Are Rotten Or SomeThing.....

Very interesting name indeed.  
Hm, well that could be mouth rot also, not metabolic bone disease.  Can you post a picture or two of the mouth so I could see?  That would help a lot.

What is your setup like?  Do you have an undertank heater, & a basking bulb for him?  
What are the temperatures in his tank?
