The only sure way of knowing is to have an experienced breeder or a vet take a look at her to palpate (feel for babies). She will need to be at least 10 days pregnant for the babies to be felt, though some people prefer to wait until 14 days to start palpating.

If you cannot get a confirmation of pregnancy, assume she will be having babies as early as 28 days after first being with a male and as late as 35 days after last being with a male.
