mystery death in rabbit

hi, im currently work in a pet shop, there is a case where a customer bought a holland lop from me n it died within 3mths n there is no symptom of runny nose or diarrhea,the customer even bought a deworming liquid specially to feed the rabbit,may i know what is the caused of the death?

Unfortunately, without a necropsy there is no way to know for sure why the bunny died.  It could be any number of things, from septicemia to sudden cardiac arrest.  Without knowing any symptoms or having any histopathology information, it's anyone's guess as to what the problem was.

If you can as the bunny owner if there were *any* unusual behaviors or symptoms before the bunny died, that would help. But otherwise, it is impossible to say.
