Ive got a dwarf rabbit with long sharp nails

See, I've got a dwarf rabbit,and her nails are so long. I'm not quite sure if I should cut them because I don't know what tool to use. I can't pick her up because she scrached my hand when I tried.I really don't know! Hope you can help me thanx.

Rabbit nails in general need to be trimmed about every 2 months (or when you are getting scratched).

Hope her nails are white, those are much easier to see the quick in than black.
