my rabbit has scabs

my rabbits has scabs on its shoulders and had lost clumps of fur where the scabs are the scabs are crusty and flaky and the rabbit is scratching them off to the point where it has not bleeding but raw skin showing and i don't know what is wrong with it

For proper diagnosis and treatment, you will need to go to a vet.  My impression is that most of these clear up quickly once diagnosed and treated.
