Why is my pregnant rabbit making a squeaking noise?

I'm not sure how long she's been pregnant.She started making her nest yesterday.I took the male rabbit away because i think it was bothering her.
And now every time she squeaks she lifts her tail off the ground

Hi,

she is probably whimpering.  From the male bothering her, and anytime you are reaching for her.  Females don't want to be disturbed or handled when pregnant.  Don't try to pet her or grab for her unless absolutely necessary while she is pregnant.  It will just stress her out unnecessarily.
