Swollen Bum

I have a a Lionhead rabbit just a few months old, I used a clean damp cloth to clean its bum but... today its bum is really red and swollen, do you think its Piles?? She's a outdoor rabbit and the weather is cold here.

It is not likely that the problem is piles.  But please see:
