newborn babies

Question
i have a 2 day old bunny from the land i'm on. a dog grabbed him, but i intervened. He has a small cut on his head, bandaged now. I didn't know what to feed him. So grabbed cat milk replacement stuff. He eat it with a dropper no problem. Was this right? Help, i will be releasing him back out later but not till he's healthy enough.How do i help him get there.

There's not much hope for this little guy, he needs to be fed every 2 hours with baby milk and kept very warm. At 2 days old and with a cut on his head he will have to be a fighter to survive, don't release him until he is about 4/5 weeks old unless you know that his mother will come back for him.
