Question
My polish dwarf rabbit is having seizures...he is about 6-7 months old. He is quiet in his cage then all of a sudden he flipping and turning around until I put my hand on him then he stops. He is not eating like he was not even carrots or anything. what could be causing this please help I am very concerned. I have called vets and most are saying that do not treat rabbits. I live in Ontario, Canada.

Answer
Dear Carrie,

You need to get your bunny to a good vet immediately.  There are several in Ontario who treat rabbits, and you can find them via the links here:

www.rabbit.org/vets

He may be in the early stages of an inner ear infection, which can cause flipping and head tilt:

I hope you can get him to a good vet ASAP.
