i have been letting our rabbit out in the house for a run at night and have noticed she is biting the wood on the doors. i just want to know what wood is safe to give her to gnaw on

Apple tree wood is the safest wood but it will not deter her totally. you can try bitter apple spray on the doors that you get from the petshop.
Rabbits naturally gnaw to keep thier teeth down and to taste the environment around them
Please donot leave your rabbit to run free unattended at night unless you have a room adequate to keep her in away from wires and electrical items. Carpet flooring is a no go if left alone in a bunny room as they will eat it but not be able to digest it causing a dangerous intestinal blockage.
