Question
Hello, I have a three year old male who i just recently got fixed and he still tries to hump my month old female rabbit. I don't understand why he keeps trying to hump her- even if its to prove dominance. Did they do something wrong. And i am also wondering what exactly it is that they do when they neuter a bunny. I forgot to ask my vet. Thnx for your time!

Answer
You are right he probably is doing it for dominace. He may stop doing it, or he may not.
When neutering, they surgically remove the parts that enable them to have babies. For males it is the testicles and females it is the uterus and ovaries.

Sorry it took so long for me to get back with you. I had a death in the family.
