My pet Dutch Male Bun

CocoMoco with Toy Bun   My Landlady allows me to keep a pet bun But, lately he is leaving little droppings Everywhere! She has given me an Ultimatum. Either clean up the droppings Or get rid of the rabbit! He is in Heat also And is Thumping his foot a lot. What can be done for these bad habits? I plan on Neutering him soon.

Neutering him sooner than soon will be the ticket.  That will resolve the unsavory behaviors, and the sooner this is done, the faster the problems will resolve.
