help with my bunny?

I am a very new rabbit owner, i have a long eared bunny and have only had her since April 2008, so forgive me if this is an igornant question.  I noticed something on her the other day that i had never noticed before.  On her underside, between her hind legs, there were two kind of puffy, one inch long tube type things.  They looked like a small pinky finer (smaller and thinner than your actual pinky).  They were on both sides of what i would consider to be her vaginal area.  They were both red.  When i looked again today, they had "deflated" for lack of a better word.  Can you tell me what these are?

I am not really sure what this can as I can't see it. I tried searching the net for you but cant seem to find out what it could be.

please go and see your vet, they will know what it is and will be able to give you treatment for her.
