I cant find fleas.

My rabbit often scratch his face with his hind feet and then lick his toes.  I thought he might have fleas but using a flea comb yield nothing.  Other than the scratching everything seems normal.  He does it on both sides of his face.

He might not have fleas, but he could have mites or something bothering his ears.  The best thing would be to get him to a good rabbit vet, whom you can find here:

and find out if your bunny has ear mites or other parasite that's making him itch.  Revolution (selamectin) is a safe, excellent flea and mite medication that you can get from the vet.  (DO NOT use Frontline, which can be deadly to rabbits.)
