Rabbit cough

Hi
The other day i put my rabbit out in the run and he made a weird noise. It sounded like he was trying to be sick. This is the only time i heard him do it and apart from that he doesn't seem unwell but i thought i should just check its not anything serious.

Keep a close ear out for any repeat of that noise.  He could be coughing, which might mean he has an upper respiratory infection:

or he could be gagging if he has a dental problem, such as a large molar spur, or something caught on a back tooth:
