Question
Hi, i have two female rabbits and i got them from the same litter and they got along great, but now one of them are biting, hissing, scratching the other rabbit and people! is there anything else i can do besides spayeding them or seperating them? And we hope that the other rabbit is a girl.

Answer
I recently read an article about how you can do behavior modification on a rabbit using treats etc, this is made for spayed/neutered rabbits however, but might help you http://www.wisconsinhrs.org/Articles/The%20Biting%20Rabbit.htm

However, if you are not sure if the other rabbit is a girl be warned that it does not matter if they are related they will breed and you will end up with babies.

Unfortunately about the only things you can do to stop this is seperate them and spay them. This is a hormone related problem, that will possibly go away on its own but it generally takes a year or so for that to happen.

I am sorry I couldn't be more help
Good Luck
