Question
Hi there I really am new at this having a rabbit as a pet thing. I was wondering why not feed my rabbit Gizma celery is it bad for them? I fed it to her by mistake thinking it  was safe will it bother her? she is 2 years old and she is getting picky with her treats and dry pellets what do I do and I heard that you can train a rabbit to do tricks and to be potty trained how? thanks

happy holidays :-)

Answer
I am not really sure why not to feed it, but i have always been told not to. If it hasn't harmed her yet, then likely it won't. I just wouldn't give it to her in order to be safe. I am not sure on how to teach them to do tricks. I guess reward them if they do the behavior that you want, and eventually they will learn that they get praise for doing so. As for litter training it kinda works the same way.
The rabbits usually use the same area of their pen or room. start out with a few litter boxes in the problem areas or just one in their pen. Spray perfume on carpeted areas or areas of their running room that they use frequently as to deter them from wanting to use it again. Eventually they will use the one spot where the box is.
