rabbit gone weird

i have a female nine month old dwarf lop over the last 2 days where we keep her fresh hay for her to eat she as been  gathering it altogether and putting it all under her pee pee tray even the last scrap of hay she takes it and puts it it in her pee corner then scrats it all under her tray i haven't seen her eating any neither please help me I'm so worried about her as this is very unusual to me

Has the doe been around a buck? If so then she may have gotten bred. If not and she is not fixed, then it sounds like she may be wanting bred or is having a false pregnancy. Give her a small cardboard box like a shoe box and tie it down in her cage. Fill it with her hay and see what she does. If she begins stuffing it and gathering it all in her mouth, then likely she is doing what i mentioned above and wants bred.
