Chinchillas and Being Alergic

Are chinchillas hypo-allergenic?(you know not able to be allergic to them) Sorry that is my only question....

 There are no guarantees that chinchillas are hypo-allergenic. You would have to spend your time with one and see if you are not allergic to them. Chinchillas also need to bathe in special dust (never water), and you may be allergic to that dust. It is best that you read about chinchillas, spend some time with someone who has one and find out first hand. Join this group of chinchilla loving people to find out more about them.
