Guinea pig friends.

Tara,  I've had my guinea pig for about 3 weeks and he's the 1st cavy I've ever had and I love him to death. I have a really big cage for him and I was wondering if I could maybe get him a friend and keep them in the same cage?  And can I give him strawberries?

Yes you can give them straw berrys. Guinea pigs are happier when theres another guinea pig around so if you want to get him a frined go out adn get another young male, they should become frineds within a few days, just be sure to put them new gp in a different cage in a different room for a week to be sure he doesnt have a any illnesses.
