guinea pig noisy breathing

I have a 4 month old sheltie male that I bought from a local pet shop. He is very docile but happy, eating well and putting on weight. The only problem is that when he relaxes or goes to sleep, he makes a sort of hooting noise on the outwards breathe. I have given him a 7 day course of antibiotic injections that didn't make any difference,followed by probiotics and I also took him to the vet who said that his lungs were clear and he couldn't find any other symptoms or abnormalities.  Do you have any ideas what could be wrong. I think you are worrying for nothing :)
Some piggies just snore like us humans and he may well be a snorer.
You could try changing his bedding if he is on dusty straw or hay as this may help with his hooting.
Try him with shredded paper for a couple of weeks if possible and see if it improves but if not just love him and accept he is a snorer.
I bet it sounds funny tho
