Female guinea pig question

I have 3 female guinea pigs and I noticed earlier that one of them has a very swollen vaginal area I checked the other two to compare and they seem normal. Is this normal? Does she need to see a vet. Thanks Jessica

A swollen vaginal area could mean infection, or verity of other things. You may want to take her to see the vet just to make sure nothing is wrong.
