lumps in my piggies back

The other night i was petting my piggy, cookie and i noticed 2 movable squishy lumps under the skin on his back and i wonder if i should be concerned about this and take him to the vet? He is about 4 years old and is still eating and active. I dont know what it is.

I am not sure what these lumps are. Has your guinea had these all his life? I think you should take him for a checkup to the vet because it may be something minor or major.
Make sure he is still eating, drinking and active.
