sick pet

my guinea pig appears to be ill, listless, mucus in his eyes. no appetite I have to give him water and the he drinks it. He is in a cage with his brother and has been for about a year and a half. His brother is fine   Please help my pig.         Thank you Grama in the bed.

I am sorry to hear about your pet. The symptoms that you provided indicate a serious medical problem that can only be remedied by a GP/Exotic vet.

I would suggest quarentining the sick animal from his brother and getting him to the vet asap.
