guinea pig anus

Hello, I have a guinea pig that is about 6 months old. I am not sure if his anus should look like this. He has two big sacs. Should his anus look like that. It has the opening, looks like there is a little round shape coming out and then the sacs on the side are very big. He drags his but on the bottom of his cage a lot.  I have heard on anal impactation, but he eats and poops just fine.  I have been trying to find pictures on the internet to see what a guinea pigs anus should look like but have not found any.  Not sure if I should take him to the vet or not.  Thanks for the help.

The two sacs are testicles and I have no reason to think there is anything wrong based on what you have told me.

Anal impaction really only affects older males so I very much doubt this is happening either.
