Guinea Pig Ear

When I went to feed our guinea pig this morning, we noticed that she had matted white, pus-like matter on the back of her ear.  We tried wiping it off, but we noticed that it came back.  Can you give us a clue as to what this might be?

To be honest with you, I couldn't say what it might be. Without seeing her it is almost impossible to say what it is.

The absolute best thing to do is take a trip to your vet. He can diagnose and treat the problem.
