Keep your guinea pig in a guinea pig proof area of your room. Generally a cage that is 2 feet long by 1 foot wide is the ideal min. cage size for a guinea pig. Put the cage in an area where the air condition doesn't blow a lot. Other than that any place in your room is fine. :-)
