running wild

hi i have 3 guinea pigs 2 males 1 female i think the female is pregnant so i separated her from the 2 males as they kept fighting over her anyway. the last few nights about the same time she starts to run around her cage really wild and bangs into the side of the cage really hard and she does this for about half an hour.... is there something wrong with her or is this some kind of sign that she is going to have the babies soon etc.... really worried about her cos it must hurt her when she bangs into the cage

I very much doubt its a sign of the babies coming soon as pregnant piggies tend to be much more lazy than normal.

Its more likely that she is unhappy at being separated from the males although you did the right thing doing that as, 2 males will come to blows.
