fruit trees for Guinea Pigs to chew on

Question
I would like to know what kind of fruit trees would be good for Guinea Pigs to chew on so the
eeth won't get over grown? At one time I had a Guinea Pig and it got extra long teeth I took her to the Vet he trimmed her teeth but she died that night, I don't want it to happen again.
I gave her a balance diet and hay. I didn't give any wood to chew on, I don't know what is safe.

generally apple wood is the best to get or cherry tree wood. Those are yummy for her as well. Generally any type of wood chew sticks that you find at a petstore that are for small animals are good. You can also try guinea pig treats as well such as those yummy seed ones. Make sure to give your guinea pig vitamin C every day in the form of apple slices or vitamin C drops for guinea pigs. good luck with your pet
