I THINK MY GUINEA PIG IS DYING HELP

my guinea pig is acting weird and im worried. he breathes weird and wont eat or drink. his eyes keep watering and crusted over and he makes these weird sounds. its been like this for almost a week...i really love him and im scared..

Without a hands on exam it's extremely difficult to tell you exactly what's wrong. From your description it does sounds as though he is gravely ill. Typically when a guinea pig is reaching the end of his time he does not linger for more than a few short days. You don't say how old he is but if he is over four years old this may just be his time.

I'm so sorry Olive that I can't say something that will make you feel better, or tell you what to do to make him okay. Sometimes we're just helpless to change what Nature has in store. I wish I had the ability to make his better for you.
