Swollen Head and sunkin eyes

All of a sudden , a few days ago my guinea pig had sunken eyes, and a swollen head. He also refuses to eat or drink, and all he does is lay there.

I do not mean to be the bringer of bad news, but your guinea pig is going to die if he is not taken to the vet. It only takes a couple of days without food or water to kill a pig. A vet check up isn't too expensive. Remember, you can refuse treatment if it's too expensive. I advise you take him ASAP. He could have an Upper Respiratory Infection. Most likely, he's not been acting right for a while. A guinea pig is a prey animal and will hide symtpoms as long as possible. Please help your pig! It's not fair to let him suffer. Please keep me posted on his condition.
