post pregnant guinea pig

My guinea pig gave birth about 6 weeks ago and she still looks pregnant she still bulges out at the sides.  She lets me touch her stomach and shes not eating more than normal so i know she's not pregnant again.  I separated the male babies at about 4 1/2 weeks so i don't think that should be an issue can you please help me to understand why she still looks that way?

Although it is possible that a male pig could impregnate her mother at 4 1/2 weeks, it is unlikely, and I agree that the mother wouldnt be showing again so soon after.

Its a bit of a mystery but I would consider getting her examined by a vet in case an un-born pig remains inside or some kind of post-birth complication had occured.
