Question
  Hello,
You could say i have a good amount of guinea pigs. I had this 1 pet that was pregent and finlly it gave birth to six of them. The mom wasn't looking so good. There were 5 babies dead and 1 alive. The other 5 were still in there bag. But that one baby that was out and walking _____ looked strong & had very little blood on its head. I had a feeling that the mom wasn't going to make t cause it happen before.
Well the mom died the next moring. and the baby still looked strong to me & alive. So we had a another momma pig who gave birth to 3 and there babys were like 4weeks(??)not relly sure. but they ate fine. they already ate hard food so we sperated them from there momma and put the little one with her. at 1st we didn't see that step-momma has feeding her but did eventlly did for about 4days. but then she stoped and we found out that step-momma had her foot broken so she didn't want to feed her no more. I didn't want her to go so i started giveing her skim milk cause all we have in my house. I can't relly drink the 2% or the 1% milk. also she relly doesn't eat any hard food yet. and just started pooping today.(4/25)
Rite now the baby is 6days old. it was born on 4/19/08
Im asking if its the rite milk im giving her. Basic wat else can i do to make sure she makes it. the baby sleeps with a liitle rabbit i have and she does fine.
What should be the time to feed her?
ex. every 3hrs,every 2hrs,ect.

Answer
Hi Mayra

Im so sorry about this response but i have been very busy latley

Ok skim milk has to go
instead there is a great website for you it has 3 Formulas of substitute milk that will help your baby
ANd also you need to feed the baby every 2 hours
Do keep her with the rabbit for the company and even some other baby guinea pigs of the same sex that will boost the babies confidence

THe website is
