how to keep a guinea pig cool during the summer?

okay my friend just asked me about ten minutes ago if i knew how to keep a guinea pig and its babies cool durring the hoot semi humid summer heat and i told her i would look it up and i found this site.
so can u help me out and tell me how to keep them cool so they don't fry ?

I guess it depends on how hot it gets where you live, but here in UK, when it gets to 30 degrees celcius it is too hot for my piggies so I bring them inside.

Some tips though are to change the water supply several times per day, and a really great idea is to get one of those ice cube trays for them to sit next to to cool down.

I find that really helps.
