A lump on my Guinea Pigs neck

I have a new who is about 4 or 5 months old piggy named Lilly,  I have noticed she has a swollen lump on the bottom of her neck near her jaw. I am very worried and I am wondering if this is something serious like a tumor or a swollen gland. Please help me figure out what is wrong with my piggy.

It sounds as though it is a tumor! I would call your vet in the morning and ask them about it and possibly take her in. Also is the lump hard or soft, or maybe watery?
