Phantom pregnancy in a guinea pig

Amy is 3 years old. She has a fat tummy and her nipples are enlarge, other than this she appears healthy. We have checked our other guinea pigs and they are all female so is Amy having a phantom pregnancy? Thank you Helen

Well providing she has not been in contact with a male at all in the last few months then she is most likly the dominent female and subsequently eats more than the others, if however she is abnormally large, google pregnant guinea pig to get an idea of size then it might be a good idea to get her down to the vets incase there is something more serious with her.
