bites and diet

Thank you,  I guess I should say she has a bite out of her ear which is not completly healed, and some sores ( scabs )on her back.  Should I let her heal on her own or put something on the soresand/or bites?  And to clarify, we need to feed her timothy hay to supplement vitamins and help in digestion.

        Timothy is the best thing for guinea pigs.  Neo-sporin or any antibiotic cream will do for her ear.  It will aid in healing it faster and without infection.  Remember that they stress faster than most animals, stress causes them to shut down.  Some GPs die from stress.  They are very shy pets and have poor eyesight and excellent hearing.  Lots of luck with her,.
