jumping and purring

Question
Hi, my GP koda, keeps jumping around and running around his cage acting like he has had too much caffeine and he is biting his igloo and shaking his head alot while jumping around is that unusal? also hes keeps making all these purring noises like a cat, but when i pet his back he kinda sticks his leg up like a dog does with their ticklish spots what does that mean, b/c he is purring at the same time.

The jumping and twitching is callled popcorning and is basically just koda having a good time. Its a good sign!

The purring is like that of a cat, i.e that koda is enjoying being stroked. The lifting of the leg usually means he doesnt like being touched at that place on his body but likes being touched generallly.
