my girl guinea pig is running all over her cage and her tummy is getting big and i have a boy too and her nipples are showing? what should i do
-----Answer-----
Sounds like you're having piglets.  They have a rather long gestation period, usually about 72 days.  You probably should have kept a female and neutered male separate if you didn't want babies.  Keep the cage as clean as possible and make sure mom is getting plenty of food, hay and fresh fruit/veggies.  She'll have between 3-7 pups usually.  They come out fully furred with eyes open and mobile in a couple hours.

Have they been separated the whole time?  If so, she still may be pregnant but it may have happened before you got her if you purchased them fairly recently.

Then she may be pregnant.  A visit to the vet can confirm this.

Make sure she's getting plenty of food, vitamin AC (oranges, strawberries) and calcium.  If you suspect anything out of the ordinary she needs to see a vet or you will lose her and the pups.

Then she may need to see a vet to confirm she's pregnant and nothing has gone wrong

Answer
Again, it usually takes 72 days before the babies are born.  She should probably see a vet if you think anything is going wrong.  If you're at school, there's really not a lot you can do but try to be there if you can because if she has any complications she may die without immediate vet care.  She may just be grumpy as part of pregnancy but take her in to get checked if something seems wrong.
