im worried about him

i have 2 male guineas. I got my youngest one about a month and 1/2 ago. About a week ago i noticed that the fur on his neck looked wet but i paid no heed, now today i realized that the fur on his neck is gone. other than that he is just fine and acts the way he usually does. im gonna take him to the vet asap but im worried

try not to worry and see what the vet says first.
It could be a small wound if he has been fighting with the other male,and might be itching.
Try SUDOCREM from the chemist its for nappy rash on babies and is safe for guinea pigs. Its cheap too :)
