help!?!?!

Hi Andy, My guinea pig (Lucie) has got bleeding red scratches. They look very sore and
she is uncomfortable. I don't think its lice because I couldn't find any! I don't
know what to do!! But my other guinea pig that is living with her in the same hutch is ok and nothing is wrong with her. Nothing has been since i got her and lucie.This has happened over night. Could Lilly have attacked her?

I think you sent me a similar question yesterday where i said mites were the likely problem.

Its possible that Lilly has been fighting but this is less likely as females usually get along fine. I still think a trip to the vet is in order.
