Im really worried!!

My guinea pig (lucie) has got bleeding red scratches. They look very sore and she is uncomfortable. I dont think its lice because I couldn't find any! I don't know what to do!!

It sounds more like mites to me. Please take Lucie to the vet and they will give you some medecine (called ivermectin) to help your pet.

While you wait, you can gently dab the scratches with cold water and a clean cloth to make lucie more comfortable.
