differences in behavior

Are their any major differences in behavior with female or male guinea pigs? If so, which is more aggressive and which is easier to build trust with?

Well, gender to gender I would suggest a male as they tend to have less genital health problems. Behavoir really depends on the piggys personality. You will soon find out who likes what treats and weather they prefer there belly or there head rubbed. Give it some time, paiteince and love and I PROMISE you and that pig (no matter the gender) will get along just fine!
