guinea pig in labor or diarrhea?

My guinea pig is twice its natural size. It has stopped being active and something seems to be dripping from its lower area. I'm afraid that the guinea pig has diarrhea, but there is a possibility that she could be pregnant. My vet says to just carefully observe, it is late at night, but i'm concerned. Please help.

your guinea pig is most likley pregnant if it has a huge stomach and swallen nipples then it is pregnant and you will need to watch her but the labour should be ok just leave her alone for a couple of hours and see what happens if she does not look like this then it will be diarrhea so give him less fresh vegetables
