toenail

my new piggie's little toe is swollen and puffy and red and the toenail is very short and barely any of the toenail shows, from the toe being so swollen. what should I do? I can tell he is uncomfortable

This might be a job for a vet he must be in pain and the toe could get infected wj=hich could lead to other problems i suggest take him to a vet to get cream or antibiotics for the toe and he should clear up
