Is it ok for the male to be in the cage when the female delivers her babies? They get along really well. I know that after a few days they
should be seperated. The female is getting really wide in the back but I don't know how much longer to delivery time. What should be the warning signs that delivery is near.

No, you need to remove the male asap unless he is neutered. He will impregnate the sow immediately after she gives birth as they can go into heat right away.

Backbreeding will be extremely hard on your sow's body. Do you have a good vet lined up in case something goes wrong? Do you know what toxemia is? If you didn't know the above, then I doubt you do. Please read over the below links.

And please don't breed anymore even if the sow and her babies make it. There are many homeless guinea pigs already in animal shelters and rescues.
