hi i have an albino guinea pig i was wondering wether it needed any extra care or attention?

Being an albino guinea pig, he/she needs no extra care or attention than any other guinea pig. The only precaution you can take is to make sure there are no bright lights in the room that can shine in his/her eyes. Albino animals (guinea pigs, rats, mice, ect) with red eyes are a little more sensitive to light than non-albino animals, because they have no pigmentation in their eyes, hence the red coloring.
