Please help :(

Hi there, my guinea pig Latte has very scaly skin around her bottom area it's grey and very flaky and has lost her hair in that area also. She also has large scabs on her back and scratches alot. She doesn't squeal anymore when I give her food, it seems like she's lost her voice and doesn't seem as happy :( I'm so so worried about her! I bought some mite/ mange spray from the local pet shop but it isn't helping a great deal. I don't know what to do, she's my baby. Thankyou so much for your time!

Take her to the vet NOW.
She has a severe case of mange mites and may have to be kept overnight. Depending on how many she has.
Look up "Guinea Lynks" on google and click the first link. Follow the medical guide to find the information on mange mites. It is a very bad illness. Expect her to be pricey at the vets.
