How long after the babys start kicking will they be born? Do young females offen carry there pups to full term? what are the chances of a young sow (less then 3 months) and babys surviving?  

Answer
The babies start kicking 2-3 before deliverery
Most sows carry full term (70-80 days)if it is a first litter.
I would have no idea on your last question because all of my girls were at least 5 months and you should really make a visit to a vet and have her examined.
