my guniea pig

I bought my guniea pig about two months ago, and i looked in her cage the other day and she had a baby.  How do I take care of the baby or how long do i have to wait to touch the baby?  My other  question for you is, she had the baby acouple days ago, but she still looks really really fat. is it possible for her to still be pregnant?

I am VERY sorry about the long wait. The mother will take care of the baby, you can touch the baby immediately. It is possible that the female is still pregnant, although it is more likely that she is just plain chubby. Please look to other experts if you have other questions.
